Delete account

Delete your Elevenward account

Use Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently removes the account, identities, sessions, cloud careers, leaderboard entries, and consent records. Local guest careers can be deleted from Career Slots.

Delete in the app

Open More → Account & cloud → Delete account. Review the data categories and confirm. The action cannot be undone.

Delete with a code

While signed in, request a deletion code in the app. Enter the account ID and six-digit code below before the code expires.

Local careers

Guest careers are not on our server. Remove them from Career Slots or erase the app’s local data in device settings.

This permanently erases the matching Elevenward cloud account.
